mobile not catching signals

I am using Micromax Canvas Turbo A250. For last 2 months my device is not catching Idea signal or catching very poorly. My mobile too gets hang and flash light operates automatically. I have tried to reach service center at Akola. But both mentioned addresses are not having operational service center
