Misbehave and failing to provide customer service

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Snehalata Indane Gas ,Angul.Due to my tranfer from Angul to cuttack i had spoken to Snehalata regarding tranfer of Gas connection from Angul to Cuttack.I took official leave for one day to complete the tranfer process.But when i reached their office today they told me transfer cant be done as they dont have the transfer forms.I spoke to the manager one lady may be Snehalata Das.When i told my problem that i had to complete the process today and alo told that before coming i had confirmed the date she was very much in no mood to peak to me.he told me she has no time to peak to me and she told that whereever you go and complain no one can do nothing.If this is the behaviour of a gas agency towards their customer than where will general public go.If form was not their with them why they didnt arranged before.Is this is customers fault that this particular agency has no forms for the day to day consumer related problems.As i had to move to cuttack day after tomorrow i had no option but to put a complain against this errant agency to respect customers and do their duty.
