Dear Lenovo customer care,

I have bought Lennovo K900 in the month of September 2014. After few weeks its battery backup problem started. And now it is fully dead. I have seen many people facing same problem with this handset. Please help us to resolve this issue. And let us know the working hours in service center so that we can visit there.
