I had booked a cylinder dated 19-02-2015 via net refill booking no 402292: consumer no 20376A: Omvati customer name. A cash memo was despatched on 27-02-2015 no 3000164935 : howeever we didnt recieve any cylinder till date.
on 2-03-2015 a second cash memo no 3000166135 was generated and we havent recieved any cylinder till date.This was a second email alert.
two cash memohave been despatched and we havent recieved a single cylinder till date.
This is to bring to your notice that there has been a significant delay in delievery of cylinder despite cash memo being despatched.
kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
