Gas leaking from cylinder

I removed regulator from empty cylinder and connected to the new cylinder. The gas is leaking from the cylinder at nozzle end.
iam trying to call emergency no. 9902022116 / 9902022118 several times from 6.30 am onwards. Iam very upset that no one their attend the call for emergency.
