my consumer no is 14791.i am booking my gas on 2.2.15 with reference no 588171.cash memo is generated on 26.02.15 bt till date i have not received my gas.i am visited several time to sarmila distributor office on 28.02.15 they said ur gas will delivery today.am calling their office they says they misplace my cash memo.so what should i have to do?please look into this matter and solve this problem immediately.
