fraud happen in insurance and vehical passing

Hi,

I had purchsed maruti 800 from manan and day i purchase i am facing service issues. I used to pay insurance along with CNG but in RC while they made passing not reflecting where as i paid amount for passign while purchase. Now since 10 days i am calling and trying to get answer no one take ownership and not making needful. I dont know why business is running with ethics.
