Faulty ACs delivered - no service at all even in warranty period

We are receiving the world's worst service by Daikin - so called international brand in our city - Kota (Rajasthan, India). We expected a great service experience when we brought Daikin split - inventor Ac's for our newly built hotel. More than 30 units were purchased for more than 9 lakhs in June 2015. All are still in service warranty period. The performances of ACs have been real bad. It is the worst after sales we have ever experienced from an international brand.
It has been numerous times that I have made complaints on the toll free number. But every time a deaf ear was turned to us. On each call they give us a new complaint no. not addressing or doing anything about the previous complaint made for the same complaint.
The 1st complaint was made on 4th April 2016 on toll free number after which we have received many other complaint numbers (JAI160507064, JAI160516529, JAI160533993, JAI160560488, JAI160610161 and many others that we have lost track of), but no solution. Each time sending a message with a new complaint number and saying - "....complaint will be attended by our channel partner MAHESH MITTAL Ph.9414000010" but no one takes responsibility of closing the complaint.
The company is not able to fix a small problem in the AC from more than a month. They have taken the faulty parts for repair on 31st May 2016 and show no signs of returning it. Your Servicemen are asking for parts from working AC so that they can check and then repair the AC. The part that they took for repair is yet not returned. This proves the level of workers and after sales team working for the so called International Brand.
We have not even received a single free service out of 3 services promised at the time of purchase for most of our ACs and each piece shows some or the other fault. There is no one who is taking any responsibility and seems they are just waiting for our warranty period to expire so that they can get away with selling their faulty ACs to us!
Such malpractices are not expected from #DaikinIndia which has for sure put the company's reputation at stake. We have lost business due to this and it is expected that Daikin India would compensate for the same.
