Cylinder not yet deliver

It seems that after booking cylinders are not properly delivering. some time it takes 2month or some time more than that. My consumer no is : S4442, Name: Benudhar Pradhan. 1 n half months back i had booked but still i have not recd the cylinder. Also given phone numbers are not working. In such cases what to do ???????
