Cylinder Not Delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked Cylinder for CV no - SV21899, with Ref No - 642217, on 4 Feb 2015. Cylinder has not yet been delivered, and all phone numbers for Sai Seva Enterprise, Vasant Kunj are either busy or switched off. Please help me in getting the cylinder delivered soon.
