Dealer - Sunder shyam agency, Janak Puri, New Delhi.
Booking Number - 530672, Dated- 3-Feb-2015.
This is with reference to the complaint regards to delay of Indane LPG syclinder delivery, as already detailed the particulars we booked the Indane LPG syclinder on 3-Feb-2015 and we haven’t got the delivery till dated 24-Feb-2015. As the company TAT to deliver the syclinder is 21 days and it’s already completed today and second delivery is also due.
1) Two times my father who is 64 Year old senior citizen (Suffering from foot wound) visited to inquire and both the time Gas agency people ask to complete the papers.
2) Our papers like Adhar card number is already updated into Bank and Gas agency as well that’s why we were getting the LPG syclinder since June-1995, on the same address, as Sunder Shyam agency person refuse about this particular updation on their Gas agency system .
3) Second time when my father went, the other person working with Sunder Shyam agency says that our LPG Syclinder details and papers are already updated but we don’t have LPG syclinders and also the LPG syclinder delivery boy is not coming, so we can’t do anything.
4) Today I had seen the same LPG syclinder delivery man and when I had word with him regards to the delivery of my syclinder he ran and said that Sunder Shyam agency (Janak Puri) refuse to give your delivery slip.
5) Also no one is ready to pick the phone into Gas agency.
However, I need the clarification on such harassment and insult that 64 Year old senior citizen (Suffering from foot wound) is begging for his right by paying the money.
