I get my smartphone insured from Biscoot secure (http://www.shotformats.com/), because of an accident my smart phone got damage,i register a complaint in customer support and informed them about the loss they asked me to send the details on mail(service@biscootsecure.com)
i sent all the documents on mail they assured me that my claim woul be passed,i got my device repaired and i paid for my device and courier them all my document with my original bill as they asked me to sent, now they are not giving any appropriate answer, however i made them understand every-time about my doscument,this is really very ridiculous fed up with this services, kindly help me
