I would like raise this complint against CMS computer institue rajajinagar, bashyam circle bangalore. This institute does not have proper labs, computers or networks. They don't have proper faculty either, they hire people who have completed course from their institute as faculty. I had paid fees 6months back and yet they have not provided course materials nor completed course properly . Each time I bring this to the notice of the center manager mrs. Vijayshree she behaves in a helpless and pathetic way, keeps saying what should I do nothing is there in my hands but won't hesitate
to shamelessly ask for fees in spite of the state the Institute is running.
I have brought this to the notice of the thechnical head Mr. Jijo and he stoped receiving my phone calls when I personally met and reminded him again he gave assurance that he will get things resolved. It s been two months now and nothing has been done.
Kindly resolve this situation and help me get my books as early as possible or kindly close this cheating institue from taking people's hard earned money and cheating them.
