I booked filled gas cylinder on date 16 Feb 2015 got massage reference no. 596034 at7:23am but till today I am waiting for cylinder . previously same problem occurred . I had to buy a cylinder at market rate due to late delivery . this time situation is same .who is responsible for delay? What is use of subsidy if such delay occur regularly?
