My door was damaged and given my car to servicing center at KOndapur and they informed me that they take the car within 4-Days and i called after 4-Days the supervisor he informed me the status he informed me that he will call within 5mins anfter that i called over 10--times him he is not lifting my call and i gone all the way to gem he informed me that he is seeing the cricked match and unable to lift my call. they have given the after 8-Days but the finishing is not good and the parts are not fitted properly and i need to them 2-Times to set right. I am giving my car from past 5-Years and their services are going down day by day.

Finally i thought not to give my car anymore to Gem motors.

I never seen such a worst service from Gem motors.
