tribune paper not coming

I kabir sethi had paid rs690 to the tribune agent for subscription for 6 months.my newspaper has not been started even after 9 days.i have contacted your people like gurvinder mob no. 8288098343 and 01723050280 several times but all the people are making me fool.if u dont start my paper I will file a case in consumer court against tribune.
