This is a complain regarding original registration copy for my car which i haven't still received

I bought a new white color ford eco sport Diesel Titanium from your show room on 30th Jun 2014, which was bought from Gautam Budh Ford customer representative named Prince . The engine number of my car is EU 78767 and car registration number is UP16AV5754. The registration copy given to me was a xerox stating that by mistake they have got the customer name wrong, they will get it rectified in a month and would hand over me the original registration Copy. I have been chasing your office employees from over 9 months but till date haven't received the original registration Copy. I would request you to look into this matter and resolve it by the end of this month or else I would be compelled to legal action as per law and seek damages also.
