This is to inform you that 01-01-2015 onwards against my refilling of cylinder as belong to consumer no 622035 yet not received the subsidy amount into our bank account as i had submted the Bank Account details by our end (SUSHEELA DEVI A/c No.464910110001246)But sorry to inform you till date subsidy amount not credited in my account. Please credited the said amount immediatelly.
