non delivery of my parcel

Sir/Madam,

Through your forum, I would like to lodge a complaint against DTDC COURIER for non delivery of my parcel,the details of which are as given below :-

Consignment No.: A31251624, Origin:JAMNAGAR - KHODIYAR, Booking Date : April 1, 2015
Destination :Kolkata.

The parcel is said to be delivered on 4 April 2015 in the status but no such delivery has been actually made and the signature of the receiver is also fraud.
Upon meeting personally the staff of Lake View Branch did not address the issue and also misbehaved.

Please help me in getting my parcel as it is very important.
