Non delivery of cylinder even after 2 months

My old parents booked for a cylinder in Feb-15. Till date all follow-up calls result in same answer - it will come in 2 days time. Is there any closure for this? In all news items there is not a mention of any problem in gas distribution in Trivandrum. Then why this inordinate delay? Gas is in the name of B Indira Bai Amma.
