My Tab (S8-50)has been hanged.

I have bought a tab S8-50 through flip kart in January 2015. And today when I was downloading a video from whats app the tab gone hanged and only the picture is visible in the screen and no any function is working.
Nither we are in position to receive the phone calls nor to switch off the tab.
Kindly Rectify the Problem.
