My Flipkart account 9583923067 blocked due to unwanted reason

My self Sankar Prasad Meher, i have a Flipkart account registered with san.meher@gmail.com mail id and 9583923067 phone number. But since last 10 month it has been blocked by Flipkart company. I had Rs 500 in this Flipkart account as gift voucher. Now it can't be opened. I have been tired by talking with Flipkart customer care but they didn't solved this problem.
