Sir/Madam,
I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO I9060 Mobile on 07-04-2014 from New MOBILE ZONE MULTI BRAND SHOEROOM PUNE. Sir, now I am suffering from a very big problem with this mobile, actually this mobile is get restarting within every half hour. Basically one complete year is not also completed till now, I think this is a faulty model that i have purchased also sold by SAMSUNG COMPANY to me. For the same I have oftenly visited samsung customer care Wardha but it remains closed every time. Please do the needful action. My Mobile No: 9561302920
