Missing packages while transportation from Pune to Durgapur

26 Nos. packages were handed over to transporter M/S Agarwal Shipping & Relocation Pvt. Ltd, Pune on 26.03.2015 for transportation from Pune to Durgapur, W.Bengal.

When the material was received at Durgapur 0n 31.03.2015, 3 Nos packages were missing. Several phone calls were but no action taken. Contact persons are Mr. Rajmesh - 9325255001 and Mr. Ramesh - 9325256001. Now they do not bother to pick up my phone calls. The missing items has 2 packages of Almirah parts without which Almirah costing Rs. 40,000/- is useless as it cannot be assembled. The 3rd missing package has valuables worth Rs. 10,000/-
Pl. advise what action to be taken next
