Inordinate delay in supply of refill cylinder

I have booked on 28.02.2015 against my consumer No.09. After a long gap cash memo for my booking was generated on 10.04.2015 with an assurance of delivery of gas shortly. But till date no delivery has been made. Foe such inordinate delay my family has been remaining uncooked. Thus non delivery of cooking gas within a reasonable period amounts to gross deficiency of service. Under compelling circumstance I am going to agitate my grievance in the Forum. Further, shifting of your office to Kaisir Road is also causing nconvenience.The telephone No.06636550102 provided to the consumer is either not responding or found defective. So contract with your office for any silly cause become not possible which is an extra inconvenience.
