Indiane Gas Connection not viewing at any agency

R/Sir, I Ganesh Ambadas Tale (Consumer No. 8186) is a regular customer of Indane gas from Akola Maharashtra. I was a customer of Pragati Enterprises (Adhoc), Akola. But the agency Pragati (adhoc) has been closed and all the customers are transferred to Sadguru Enterprises, Akola, a newly opened distributor. I have contacted the new distributor but he told me that my name in not included in the online data base of his computer and refuse to refill the cylinder. I am not getting refilled cylinder since last 3 months Kindly guide me in this matter and get my cylinder refilled as early as possible
