Incomplete product and product refund

On 1st July a salesman from Gurukripa Enterprises came at my home and offered me a lamp and a scratch card and when I scratched card they offered me a body fitness product with a condition that if it did not helped me in getting weight loss or pain relief i can take refund of that product after 40 days and today almost 60 days completed and they did not giving me refund and trying to avert and avoiding me. Also The product given to me have 1 belt missing and product is incomplete and for that also i called the salesman to exchange the product but he did not came home again, I am sure the person i called for refund in this company and the salesperson both having same voice and are same person so it may be a case of fraud ,Please help in getting refund from this company.
