I bought a Dell monitor from this shop,the monitor stopped working within the warranty period

I bought a Dell monitor from this shop,the monitor stopped working within the warranty period ,now when I went to the store to concern about this regard,they said to contact to the company toll free no. When I contacted the company toll free no. They said that your product is out of warranty,they check the warranty from the date of manufacturing, but while buying the local dealer had said that the warranty is valid from the date of billing.the company also said that the local dealer had to sell the product within the 3 months of date of manufacturing or else had to return to the company itself. The manufacturing date of my monitor is July 2015, the local dealer sold me it on Feb 2016.now they are just trying to hide their mistakes and ignoring our complaints
