A smart watch helix Timex purchased through Amazon on 05.10.2021 vide seller m/s VRPTelematucs p Ltd invoice no DEL5-5268 Dr 05.10.2021. Watch being under warranty given at Timex world V3s Mall nirman vihar for repair vide their service record form no. 2887 dated 20.06.2021.
Even after more than one month company is avoiding in one pretext or the other for repair. Watch is still lying with the company for repair. I am a senior citizen of 70 years age. They are harrassing me
