I have paid 27000 to your sales person Anand and got a broken hot and cold water purifier. It was promised that with in a week replacement will be received. Now it is three months over. Nothing has come and mr punithan manager at madipakkam only extending the time. This is very bad on your company. I am planning to suit a notice through consumer court soon unless it is settled with in 14 th April 2015.
