Everytime booking cancelled Message

Hi,
Every month I book HG gas through online only, but for the last 2 months my booking was cancelling, getting message YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELLED. Every time I calld to HP gas agency but there is no response and they give very bad feedback.
Please help me out of this.
