Delayed flight ET 687 from Delhi to Adida Ababa , missed Lagos flight ET901 and not treated properly

i am very upset with your flights irresponsible behaviour towards your customers , you have cheated me as the flight ET687 on 10th April 15 was delayed , but you promised to accomodate me in Hilton and provided a voucher in Delhi Airport , for 1 days to put me in next day ET 901 Flight. On arrival you have informed me that i will have to stay 2 nights in adida ababa then changed my hotel to some very small beshale hotel, not given any compensation towards managing myself without my bags . I HOPE YOU HAVE SOME SYSTEM TO SUPPORT YOUR PASSANGERS , AND YOU DOENT ABUSE THEM IN THIS WAY ...
