complaint regarding I ball cobalt mobile phone

I have purchased a mobile phone few days ago in the month of march. I purchased I ball cobalt mobile due to its specification and processor, but when I used it I found that its performance is below average, I hangs down and not performing according to octa core processor and its audio voice is of inferior quality which is so poor to hear. It front and back camera is also not according to its specification and is not good. Its realy a bad quality mobile phone, I want to get refund of this mobile phone because it is so bad and not performing according to its specification and heavy amount spent on it.
