Comparedth.com late service provided and non delivery of promised product

i have ordered a dish tv connection from comparedth.com
the sales boy named sumit had promised me same day installationa and also an offer of a sports shoes worth Rs1400 by paying just Rs199. after installation of the connection i have paid Rs199 for the delivery of the shoe on 11th april. i was promised delivery of the same in 25 to 30 days but i have not received it till today and the customer support is also not answering my call. i posted several complaints online on the website but with no response.
