sir i m sandeep shikhare mene 2 wheeler bike loan acc no MWK01432H se kharidi he jiske emi time par nahi bharne k karan finance wale 16-12-2004 ko meri bike jabardasti uthakar le gaye he. abhi mene jab bank me loan k liye apply kiya to mera application reject ho raha tha uske bad mene inquiry ki to mera nam cibil me he isliye problem aa raha tha fir mene apna cibil report nikala to muje indusind bank ka 2 wheeler loan k bareme cibil me nam aya he aisa show ho raha he aur mere nam par 21223 rs amount balance dikharahe he. mene 12000 rs down payment bharke bike kharidii but financialy problems k bajase emi nahi bhar paya to bank wale jabardasti bike le gayehe. jab bike bhi bank k pass he to wo mera name cibil me kaise dal sakte he aur mere nam par balance amount kaise dikha sakte he. is wajahase muje bahot pareshani ho rahi he aur me firstaid ho gaya hu. so pleasesolve my problem and close the my account and update my cibil score. otherwise i will go to the consumer court against indusind bank.
