Given 10000 rupees as advance for black color full option 2014 Renault Duster to kannur branch. But cancelled for non availability of particular vehicle. Authority asked me to submit a cancellation letter 1 month back. I did the same. Then they refused to pay back by calling me after 2 weeks by again asking about original receipt copy.
