Charged me 30 rupees +GST 5%, for the mineral water bottle which is of MRP 20.

Today I had dinner at Dwaraka multi cuisine restaurant. There they charged me 30 rupees + GST 5% for minaral water, and actually it's of 20 rupees.
When I asked him why are charging me so much, he said in restaurant we change like this only.
