SIR MY CONSUMER NO.IS TSV 3977,I HAD BOOKED ONLINE LPG ON 26th OF MARCH WITH REP.NO.507698,AND THE CASH MEMO GENARETED ON 31ST MARCH (no.3000125766) BUT TILL DATE CYLENDER NOT DELIVERED,WHEN I CONTACTED THE AGENCY THEY SAID YOUR BOOKING WAS CANCELLED, YOU BOOK ONCE AGAIN, AGAIN I BOOKED WITH REF.NO.512889 ON 8th APRIL SO FAR I DINT GET LPG, MY BOTH CYLENDER BECAME EMPTY, WHY I AM NOT GETTING THE CYLENDER? ONCE CASH MEMO IS GENARETED WHERE THE PARTICULAR CYLENDER GOES,THIS IS HAPPENED TWICE TO ME.GAS AGENCY NAME.SHAHEED RAMVEER GAS AGENCY TAJNAGARI AGRA.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL. THANKING YOU.
