I regret to state that I have been continuously suffering the problems regarding my domestic connection bearing consumer no. 44801. For the last few days whenever I do my booking through SMS platform first it gets booked and I get the refilling reference no. for the same. But automatically it gets cancelled without stating reasons of this cancellation. I sought you to resolve the issue at earliest from your side. Otherwise regretfully, I will have to close the connection from your dealership and take legal action against your service.
I feel that you will respond quickly and give explanation for the continuing cancellation in my booking.
