again you not deliver for right times

Dear sir,
Again complain for your servic because i booked the gas for your officen on 25 mar 2015 but till date you should not supply for gas. Previous complain for your office I have delivered then gas likely 75 days. Your smart staff again told to me gas deliver on next five days but till date do not supply the gas. Government says that the gas deliver on home next 48 hours, but your service delay likely three days more.
Thanks for your information . and again I hope the gas deliver likely right times
