Consumer No.7500000058741916(12971).I got the above transferred from Sreema Distributors to LT Distributors on 27/02/2001.Transfer Voucher No.100599 was issued issued in my name & address correctly.But in subsequent communications/receipts another name 'Koushik Banerjee is prefixed. Inspite of repeated followups no corrections made till date.
