I have my grand 2 in your centre for changing the charging socket. It took around 2 hours to fit and in addition to it I have been facing problem of mobile auto switch off from the Wednesday I. e.the day on which I got my cell repaired at your centre and when I took online guidance then your smart representative told me to reset my cell I did the same and lost my apps and problem is not resolved as it is some kind of hardware problem done by your foolish technician which causes mobile auto switch off when I put on table or anywhere else.
APPOINT THE TECHNICIANS HAVING SOME KNOWLEDGE OF MOBILE.
