This has Reference to your Bill dt. 4-4-2023 for Rs.148/- and would like to inform you as under:
Since we are not consuming any water and you are charging Rs,148/- every two month is very surprising, exorbitant and not acceptable to us.
I therefore request you to please do not charge any amount for non consumption of water, except a nominal service charge only.
If it is not possible to waive charges for non consumption, I request to you to disconnect my above referred line with immediate effect.
