irresponsible service
MY name is prem kumar.R. I requested for door step service regarding TV repair. A service person came from vinayaka Technologies Tumkur. He collected TV board and came back after 15 days to replace it. After replace he asked for original TV remote which we didn't had. He told original remote is needed so he will come back with the remote. It has been 13 days now still he has not came back. Every time i call the office number they say he will come by today EOD but that has never happened yet. I want this issue to be resolved or else i will raise complaint against this.
