Very Bad Service from Kropex Maruthahalli

I'm megha,my vehicle number KA 53 MB 5764 given service on 12 may 2015,fo servicing they took two days after that I requested them to do home delivery since I meet with an accident couldn't able to drive,Mr.Anith a manager for maruthahalli branch said no drive available so not possible to do home delivery,I requested him atleast to do next day,two days over still my car is not delivered since I'm not able to drive even I can't pick my car.
This is the service given by Kropex I'm very upset on this service,when customer meet with an accident so requested for home delivery,they are not bothered at all.
I did a mistake buying a car in kropex.
