Dear Shiva Gas Agency,

My bank detail has been wrongly mentioned hence i'm not able receive my subsidy amount. I have already given application and Xerox copy of my bank account. but still my bank detail has not been updated.

The other issue is I have wrongly opted out. I already requested for opt in but still it has not been done.
My both request Is pending since long can you please let me know when it'll be resolved.
