unable to connect as wifi device

I have Huawai E303F 14.4Mbps 3G+ soft wifi hotspot. I am using Windows 7in my Desk top PC. It is not functioning as Wifi as mentioned in the catelogue. However it is working as a wireless in my pc. I am unable to connect any other device using this as wifi device.
Please Help me how to make it work as wifi hotspot
