Dear sir, I had got my ticket reserved on April 8th from Visakhapatnam's railway station. Sadly all my hard prints of the ticket had accidentally fell in water, and all of them are torn. Sir i f you kindly provide me a new reprint of the ticket or else suggest me any other possible way to continue my journey which is on 8TH May. Sir I would also pay whatever charges necessary for the reprint
