ticket not booked but amt deducted

I had booked ticket from tirupathi to rajamundry for 19-07-2015 in 2ac for 3 members through my id jlbabu73 on 04-05-2015
ticket was not booked but amount was deducted from my a/c this I did by around 4 pm again I tried to book it in the night around 9pm it was done and again amount was deducted
plz help me to get the refund of the amount which I did first I did not even get the transaction id
