Service is really bad

The service of the IDS indane is pathetic.
Customer value is almost zero. The lady who is sitting there does NOT know anything about Inter company transfer or intra company transfer. Always asks for the customers to take gas stove even if the connection is a transferred one.

The agency is only surviving due to some uneducated people having connections there. Feeling so pitty for the customers.
